This Bird and Trout hunting knife has a low layer count damascus blade (24 layers) in a trigger trout pattern made by me. The blade measures 4 5/8 inches long, 15/16 inch wide, and 3/32 inch thick just before the guard with a gradual taper to the tip. The guard is made of copper, is 1/2 inch thick and 1 1/8 inch wide from bottom of bottom to spine. The front of the guard is stippled and overall will develop a nice patina over time. The handle is constructed from G.L. Hansen G-carta Golden Trout handle material. Overall the knife measures 9 1/8 inches long.
This knife comes with a leather sheath made in house.
